The service
DriveTime Stories turns text into narrated audio for personal listening. Stories can be written by AI on your request, uploaded by you, or taken from our library of public-domain books. We do our best to keep the service available and the audio of good quality, but we cannot promise that it is always available or free of errors.
DriveTime Music
DriveTime Music is opening in stages. Joining the early-access list costs nothing and commits you to nothing. When it opens, songs are original music generated by AI from your request. We do not make songs that imitate a named artist, and you cannot upload existing songs. Songs are for personal use: play them and share them with friends and family. Prices and any further terms are shown before you buy.
Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that address to yourself. Your private feed link gives access to your audio: do not share it. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
What you upload
You may only upload texts that you wrote yourself, that are in the public domain, or that you are otherwise allowed to have narrated for your own private use. You are responsible for what you upload. Audio made from your uploads is for your personal listening only and may not be shared, published or sold. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.
AI-written stories
Stories are generated by AI from your request. They are fiction, may contain mistakes or similarities to existing works, and are meant for personal entertainment. We do not create sexually explicit content or content that is illegal or harmful, and the writer may decline some requests.
Listening minutes
Narration uses listening minutes from your balance, as shown before you start. Free minutes have no cash value. Minutes for narration that fails are returned to your balance. Paid minute packs, when available, will come with their own price and terms shown at checkout.
Liability
Listen responsibly while driving: keep your attention on the road and set up your podcast app before you set off. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. These terms are governed by Bulgarian law.
